FOOTBALL & EDUCATION
PROGRAMME
Bradford City Community Foundation is proud to offer Football & Education programme for boys and girls. Our Education programme is based out of the University of Bradford Stadium, on Valley Parade. Our BTEC programmes are facilitated by fully qualified teachers employed by the club. Learners are provided a range of qualifications, ensuring that all find a course which is challenging, and engaging. Those who are motivated and able to, are presented with the opportunity to study the Extended Diploma, providing them with the best chance at studying at a degree level. This is the perfect preparation to study before moving on to further education.
Our ability based learners play in the best standard outside the Academy system, and only against other Professional Football Clubs, in competitive leagues; the National Youth Football League and the English Football League.
Our learners train up to four times a week, and play games on a Wednesday afternoon. Training is structured to the same standards as a professional footballer's week, with technical and tactical work undertaken along with a game "prep" season, and time with our in-house Sports Science team.
Complete the initial application form below for our Football & Education Programme and one of our Department leads will be in touch to discuss next steps.
