COMMUNITY COACH
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and people-focused coach to support the delivery of our growing sport and community programmes. You will work across a variety of settings including schools, holiday camps, community venues and football-led projects. As one of the first faces many participants meet, you will represent both Bradford City AFC and the Community Foundation, helping to create safe, inclusive and positive experiences for every child and adult you work with.
Contract Length: Fixed term (12 months, with potential extension
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends)
Start Date: September 2026
Location: Primarily St Columba's Catholic Primary School, Bradford, with delivery across Bradford, Leeds and surrounding areas as required
Reporting To: Director of Sport
Hourly Pay: £23,132 - £23,500

COMMUNITY YOUTH MENTOR
The Community Youth Mentor will be responsible for the delivery and reporting of the Foundation’s Premier League Inspires programme and other mentoring projects, helping to create meaningful opportunities and pathways for young people aged 11-18 years old. The candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality personal development sessions to young people in both group and 1-to-1 settings, using the power of the Bradford City AFC and Premier League brand to inspire participants to reach their potential. The candidate will be expected to deliver mentoring sessions in primary school settings, where required, as part of funded provisions.
They will work collaboratively with the Head of Premier League and Sport Development to contribute to the project’s strategy and growth.
Contract Length: Two years fixed term
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Start Date: 17th August 2026
Location: Bradford City FC Community Foundation & schools in the surrounding area
Reporting To: Head of Premier League and Sport Development
Hourly Pay: £24,042

FOUNDATION VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Bradford City FC Community Foundation are always on the lookout for volunteers to help us with our work in the community. If you fancy pitching in on match days in our City Hub, helping us deliver life-changing experiences in the community, or making our work more accessible to those who need it the most, we want to hear from you!
